Six lads. One mission: to carry 150 kilos of weight across the South Coast in under 24 hours — dragging, shouldering, and hauling it from Brighton to Bexhill.
We call it the Wormathon. Why? Because no one else would. And that’s kind of the point.

This is about men’s mental health and suicide awareness — things too many men are still dragging through life in silence.

We’ve each lost people to it. Too many. And frankly, we’re done watching it happen while the world calls it a “silent epidemic.” It’s not silent. It’s ignored.

We’ve done this before — the 24-hour WODathon — and we saw the impact.

This time, we’re going bigger, heavier, longer. The 150 kilos? That’s the invisible weight men carry. Every single day. And most of the time, no one sees it until it’s too late.

That weight needs dragging into the light.

We’re raising £5,000 — but the more the better…

With a 50/50 split towards Embers Charity – our number one mental health partner.
(We’ve seen them save lives from the inside)
And our own CIO start-up – to build something permanent, community-led, and bigger than just one event.

How You Can Help

Chip in what you can — every bit helps. Share this page and our mission, but most importantly… talk to your mates

Drag something heavy if you need to, or let us do it for you

We’ll carry the kilos.
You carry the message.

July 26th to 27th. Six lads. One mission: to carry 150 kilos of weight across the South Coast in under 24 hours — dragging, shouldering, and hauling it from Brighton to Bexhill.

We’ve done this before — the 24-hour WODathon (2024) — and we saw the impact.

That weight needs dragging into the light.

And we’ll be doing just that, in our staple fit of assless chaps and Budgy Smugglers…

We’re raising £5,000 — but the more the better…
